What I Do

The purpose of cooking is making delicious food for everyone to share. I cook food I know and want to eat. I experiment with products, techniques and things I have interest to learn, outside of my repertoire. I develop food products to extend my pantry when I need it. I am working and studying baking for many years, breads, pastry and cake. Beyond cooking, I have been a photographer for decades, using photos as a way to bring everything together, experience the world and to share memories.
